Steven Armstrong
Owner, Green Light Construction
Steven was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. He started in the construction business over 28 years ago when he enrolled in a six month trade school at Central Piedmont Community College at the age of 17. The program was a hands-on framing program that taught the basics of framing houses and other aspects of home construction. After completing the program, Steven worked in several states, on all types of construction jobs, in multiple different capacities.
All this experience led Steven to start working for himself. He eventually started Green Light Construction in 2007 at which time he became a Licensed General Contractor (license # 62593).
In addition, Steven obtained a Bachelors Degree from Gardner Webb in Religious Studies, and attended R.P.T.S in Pittsburgh, PA pursuing a Masters in Theology.
When he’s not working on home renovations, Steven spends time with his family, plays as much golf as possible and fishes when time allows.
